Go360 manager Paul Jeune created the high-intensity training programme, which will operate out of a new facility on Geddes Rd, in a desire to push people further than they thought was possible for them.
The concept is for 20-30-minute classes, ideal for busy people, where participants are pushed to perform at an intensity that is rarely seen in gyms.
"It's as close to elite sports specific training as you can get," said Mr Jeune.
To take part in the programme, people must pass a "warrant of fitness". If they are not fit enough they are directed towards one of the company's boot camps to first build up their base fitness. Mr Jeune makes no apologies for this approach, even if it means losing custom.
"It's an environment where people can go as hard as possible," he said. "It's all about impact, there's no mirrors, no TVs."
An open day on Saturday attracted plenty of interest and while it's mainly men signing up so far - "guys gravitate to the competitive edge" - it's also perfect for women, he said.
Mr Jeune said the programme had attracted interest from sports teams, the fire service and police.
Miss Bennett said HIT360 was meeting a niche market but her company had something for everyone.
"We're not stopping here. I'm passionate about challenging the community to step up and start looking at its health."
