The survey measures how satisfied residents are with the council's performance and identifies areas for improvement.
A further 100 residents are surveyed each quarter on an ongoing basis. The survey showed that:
Most residents - 73 per cent - are proud of their district and are mainly satisfied with the council's performance.
Compared to last year, Waipa residents are significantly more satisfied with the availability of footpaths, water supplies and libraries.
