The Summer in Garden Place programme draws to a close this weekend, culminating in the Summer In Garden Place Indigo Festival.
The Indigo Festival is a traditional celebration of Hamilton's ethnic diversity, with many of Hamilton's cultural communities participating, and offering food, crafts and entertainment to visitors.
The festival also incorporates the Twilight Carnival, which traditionally closes the Summer in Garden Place programme.
Garden Place adviser Shannon Kelly says as well as the food, crafts and entertainment, the event will include carnival rides and traditional Kiwi favourites such as candy floss.
"We've had some terrific events over the last few months as part of Summer in Garden Place, and it's great to be drawing the curtain with this combined event," Miss Kelly says.
