Ever wanted to train with Ma'a Nonu, Kaka, Ana Ivanovic, Jessica Ennis or even Jose Mourinho? Well now you can, in your own lounge, with adidas miCoach for Xbox Kinect.
The game contains more than 400 exercises from six disciplines. Line up alongside the all-star coach or sporting hero of your choice and take part in specific training tailored to their discipline. There are general fitness plans to follow.
miCoach includes stat-tracking across the miCoach website and the associated free app, accessing your progress and schedule anywhere.
Loads of videos starring the big sporting names complement the training regimes and a wealth of associated content keeps things fresh. But, what could have been a genre leader is let down by fundamental flaws.
The menu system is way too busy for a Kinect game and all too often the wrong choice is made, wasting precious workout time. The downtime between exercises is also too long, breaking up the momentum, but the workouts are good enough for even the fittest among us to work up a decent sweat.
