1 cup beef or chicken stock
400g can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
Heat the oil in an oven-proof frying pan. Add onion, garlic and sausage and saute until the onion is softened. Add other ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Great served with mashed potatoes and steamed greens. -Serves 4
