The Australians behind a plan to build a Bali bombing memorial park in Kuta say it will be running within a year.
The Bali Peace Park Association believes the park planned for the former site of the Sari Club, one of the nightspots destroyed in the 2002 terrorist attacks that killed 202 people, will be opened in October 2011.
The association's optimism comes even though it is locked in negotiations to buy the site from a private landowner who is reluctant to sell.
