Rugby: Auckland wingers cleared to play

Dave Thomas and Chay Raui, originally bracketed on the right wing for Auckland's national provincial rugby championship semifinal against Waikato tomorrow night, have both been included in the starting 15 after passing fitness tests.

Thomas will be on the right wing, while Raui will be on the left.

Atieli Pakalani, who was originally selected to wear the No 11 jersey, drops out of the squad for the match at Eden Park.

Thomas had been in doubt after getting an ankle injury in Auckland's win over Tasman last weekend, while Raui is coming back from a rib problem.
