The bar will be donating $5 to the first 10 maxi taxis that arrive with customers and $5 for the return trip.
"If it's early in the morning and if they've had a few we don't want them drinking and driving," said Mr Mitchell.
The doors at Our Backyard Pub will be opening at 4am, but there's no room left at the inn.
Co-owner Annamarie Hazeldine said as with previous World Cup games they were expecting a fantastic atmosphere. "We're definitely backing the All Blacks and looking forward to the game and to the boys bringing back the cup."
Hennessy's Irish Bar operations manager Sue Burnett said she had had a lot of inquiries from big groups and was anticipating a really big turnout.
"We're a little bit nervous about the score, but quietly confident - it would be awful to lose to our big brothers. It could go either way."
The pub is giving away Steinlager We Believe T-Shirts as prizes and coffee is being served in Steinlatte coffee cups.
"We're expecting to serve a lot of coffee. Last game we sold 120 coffees that morning."
Rotorua Citizen's Club is opening for the replay at 8am. It will be running breakfast and members can come in as they feel and watch the game on the big screen. Rotorua CT Club is opening its doors at 4am for breakfast and have blacked out the Rimu Room to show the game. It is taking bookings up to lunchtime today.
Meanwhile Rotorua's Craig Elliott - who is in London for the final - said he was looking forward to going to Twickenham.
"The atmosphere has been building all week. Having worn my All Black clothing all the time I have been wished well by the English public. They want us to win because they don't like Australians. I'm feeling confident that we can finish the job off and go back to back. To see our retiring veterans in their last match means everything to me. I'm super excited for the final but know it's a big game. C'mon Blackkkkkkkkkkkkkk."
