The New Zealander who was murdered in Thailand last week was laid to rest in Westport today.
Charles Jones, president of the World Croquet Foundation, was farewelled by hundreds of family and friends after being stabbed to death in the resort of Pattaya.
His funeral was held in St Canice's Church, where Jones used to play the organ.
Thai police have arrested Syrian Mohammed Shanar Ryad, 21, has been charged with his murder.
