Police have found the body of a man in his fifties floating in the Wellington Harbour.
Detective Inspector Paul Basham said police are treating the the death as "unexplained".
He said a member of the public called police this morning and the police launch, Lady Elizabeth III, recovered the body near Miramar Wharf.
He said the body has not been identified and a post mortem will be carried out later today.
