No charge against man who shot his neighbour

The man who shot his neighbour in the head with a crossbow as she watered her plants will not be charged by police.

In January Adele Curran, 42, was outside her Auckland home when a 40cm bolt penetrated her skull near her right eye.

The man, who wanted only to be known as Tommy, is relieved no charges will be laid.
