KEY POINTS:
Moves to fully fund the breast cancer drug Herceptin will be put in place by the Government by the end of the week, Prime Minister John Key said today.
He said National will honour its campaign promise.
Mr Key says they have been working with the Ministry of Health to ensure they have the right framework put in place to ensure Herceptin is available but he has not yet revealed what that framework is.
