Serves 4
150g dark chocolate
½ cup cream
½ cup milk
2 litres good quality vanilla icecream
½ cup roasted and salted macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
Zest of one orange
1 Chill sundae glasses in the freezer.
2 Grate or roughly chop the chocolate. Put into a saucepan with the cream and milk, heat gently while stirring until smooth.
3 Spoon the icecream into the glasses, pour over the sauce then add the nuts and orange zest.
