Calls for action on Tauranga's 'hidden homeless'

Tauranga community leaders held a meeting to discuss solutions to the housing shortage hitting vulnerable families, including the possibility of opening up city buildings with kitchen and bathroom facilities to people living out of their cars. We were there.
