A woman has been charged after an "unprovoked" stabbing at a Te Puke Holiday Park this afternoon.
Detective Senior Sergeant Greg Turner said a woman had been admitted to Tauranga Hospital with a number of stab wounds to her torso, following an unprovoked attack at Te Puke Holiday Park.
A police spokeswoman said the incident happened shortly after 12.30pm this afternoon.
A 37-year-old woman has been charged with wounding and is due to appear in Tauranga District Court tomorrow.
