A woman who made headlines last year after treating her terminal cancer with vitamin C has moved her life to the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
Sonia Howes was diagnosed with positive non-small cell adenocarcinoma of the left lung and was treating it in Tauranga at Mike Godfrey's clinic on Cameron Rd with twice-weekly 90g intravenous infusions of vitamin C.
Ms Howes had one main primary tumour in her left lung with other smaller ones scattered in her chest and lymph nodes.
Tests on November 8 showed her cancer had not changed since she had been treating it with vitamin C rather than other traditional forms of treatment.
After having issues finding a new rental property the 39-year-old moved herself and children to Galatea in the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
