It's a long drive - but it's worth it.
Te Puke Intermediate School acting deputy principal Cam Black will this weekend be heading to Wellington with a group of 22 students and seven parents.
The purpose of the trip is to attend National Young Leaders Day in the capital next Wednesday.
But if you're going that far, you might as well make the most of it.
''At the conference there will be six to eight different presenters, motivational speakers sharing messages of resilience and success and working hard and having fun,'' says Cam who attended his first Young Leaders Day last year.
