A 25-year-old Te Puke company, which designs and manufactures high-tech fruit packing equipment, has been sold.
Founding director of LENZ Equipment of Te Puke, Des Langdon, announced the sale today to Auckland-based Compac Sorting Equipment saying it was a logical move for both companies.
"LENZ and Compac have enjoyed a close working relationship for many years and in discussing how we could make this relationship more seamless, selling our business to Compac was an obvious way forward," Mr Langdon said.
