A Te Puke woman involved in a collision between a motorcycle and a car last night is today in a stable condition.
The 51-year-old was taken to Tauranga Hospital.
Fire communications shift manager Scott Osmond said emergency services were called to the corner of McKenzie Rd and State Highway 33 at 6.05pm where there had been a collision between a car and motorbike.
A reporter at the scene said SH33 was closed at the roundabout where the Tauranga Eastern Link ended.
A hospital spokesman said the woman was in a stable condition this morning.
