Tickets are selling fast for a stylish black-tie dinner at Trinity Wharf Hotel tonight to raise money for four charities.

A Soiree Four Charity is the combined effort of four women, Jessica Gordon, Denise Arnold, Lavina Good and Annah Stretton, to raise money for the respective charities they are involved in, Baby Watoto Uganda, the Cambodia Charitable Trust, Good Neighbour Food Rescue and RAW (Reclaim Another Woman).

Tauranga lawyer Denise Arnold, who established the Cambodia Charitable Trust, said there had been a lot of interest in the event, with 170 of the 210 tickets already sold.

A director with Lyon O'Neale Arnold, Mrs Arnold established the Cambodia Charitable Trust to help eliminate poverty in Cambodia through education.

"It's fantastic to see the people of Tauranga getting behind these charities that are helping people both close to home and further afield," she said.

"[Tonight] is a chance for people to glam up and have a fun evening, while also contributing to these worthy causes."

Guests will enjoy a three-course dinner, while being entertained by New Zealand X-Factor finalist Jessie Matthews, with $15,000 worth of raffle prizes and auction items up for grabs, including a luxury weekend, high tea for 10 and a flight in a war plane.

All four women will speak about their charities.
