The second night of Baypark Family Speedway's Ministock Madness was cut short because of rain just after 8.30pm on Saturday. Friday saw qualifying to find the three groups for youth ministocks and two for adult ministocks.
In the only race completed for the top tier of the youth ministock division, Trent Amrein took the chequered flag.
The meeting is to be completed at a yet to be confirmed later date.
Elsewhere there was a mixed bag of results for Baypark-registered drivers.
Successes came at the North Island Saloon championships held over two nights at Stratford Speedway. Baypark-registered cars finished in the top four places with Gisborne-based Dan Corrin taking top spot, brothers Chris and Steve Cowling second and third and Brent McClymont just missing out on the podium.
