Getting it wrong is one of the occupational hazards of working in the publishing business.
Every day we deal with a huge number words, stories, headlines, captions, people and products.
And despite our best efforts, we sometimes get it wrong.
An example was yesterday. We had a Rugby 2011 liftout that promised a rugby quiz inside and we told you this on the front page of both the paper and the liftout.
But the liftout, put together for the Bay of Plenty Times, did not have a quiz.
