A van tipped over in a rush hour crash at the Bayfair roundabout this evening.
A police spokeswoman said a crash between a car and a van was reported at 4.45pm.
It was in the left Mount-bound lane of Maunganui Rd.
She said there were debris on the road but the vehicles had been moved on to the roundabout and an island. The van had been righted.
It was now known whether anyone was injured.
