The slip lane at the intersection of State Highway 2 and Domain Rd will close for more than seven hours today as road works continue.
The closure is scheduled between 9am and 4.30pm, a NZTA release said.
"To allow construction traffic to cross State Highway 2, the Tauranga-bound slip lane will be closed with traffic diverted via the Domain Road roundabout."
