Bay of Plenty Regional Council has adopted the 2014/15 draft annual plan, which includes a proposed average general rates increase of $2 per property a year.
Copies of the plan are available at www.boprc.govt.nz.
Submissions can be made online from Monday until 4pm on April 17.
