In a video interview, Tauranga tobacconist and synthetic high retailer Mike Lawrence talks to Bay of Plenty Times reporter Natalie Dixon about the impact the Government's U-turn on selling legal highs is having.
Mr Lawrence said he and other retailers have come up with their own consumer exclusion programme to help people struggling with the product.
"There is going to be a craze unfortunately and that craze is going to come because of something that's been removed from the shelves."
Mr Lawrence also expressed his concern at a black market benefiting from the Government's move.
