Police are looking for three people who allegedly stole rifles, ammunition and a chainsaw in an aggravated burglary in Whakamarama yesterday morning.
Detective Dwayne Morgan of the Tauranga Police said a man was home at the time of the burglary, about 10.30am. The alleged offenders were known to the occupant, he said.
Investigations into the aggravated burglary are continuing.
