"I honestly think you would be blown away by what we do on our machines," he said.
"Whether it be BMX or motocross bikes, it's breath-taking and spectacular to see the boys do huge back flips only holding on to their seats. It's pretty cool and crazy stuff that we do.
"It's pretty much a Nitro Circus line-up."
Six men would be performing on their motocross bikes and at least seven would be riding BMX bikes.
Last year's event nearly raised $15,000; after show costs $9000 was donated to Cure Kids.
This year Mr Price said he hoped to donate more than $10,000 to the cause.
Mr Price said the lineup would include New Zealand's best free sport athletes including Levi Sherwood, a two times world champion free style motocross rider and Jed Mildon as commentator, who could not perform because he injured his leg a few weeks ago.
Mr Mildon was the first person in the world to do the triple and quadruple back flip on a BMX.
Mr Price would also perform himself doing "heart attacks", "seat grabs" and "heel clickers".
The day would also include live music, auctions, raffles and children's rides, he said.
"It's just a good cause, I've got two kids myself, it just feels right to support this cause."
Mr Price said a show like this would normally cost about $80 and they were offering it for a gold coin donation.
"So bring your wallets, donate and get behind this great cause because it's a bloody good one."
