Mayoral candidates go head to head at forum

More than 100 people have gathered at Holy Trinity Church for the Tauranga Mayoral Forum.

Each candidate will talk for two minutes before they are asked various questions. Audience members are also able to submit questions.

Hori Leaming was the first candidate to take the podium, followed by Mike Baker.

The event is expected to run until 8pm.
