Why should I pay for it?
I do not want or need the new council bin delivery. I live at the end of a steep right of way and am unable to push bins to the top.
There is also no room for all the bins because I have driveways either side of the right of way.
I use another rubbish collector who backs down the right of way to empty the bin.
I am a retired widow and would not use the council service - so why should I pay for it?
