Keep the jacaranda trees
Re the Cameron Road upgrade [News, September 2], I sincerely hope that the beautiful jacaranda trees which are in the central reservation from Elizabeth St towards the Cliff Rd area are not chopped down.
I love seeing them in the spring and early summer, their flowers are spectacular and hopefully, Tauranga City Council will see these as a benefit too and leave them where they are.
