This is the final day to see a live music act during the Tauranga Arts Festival. The talented group Praguematique from the Czech Republic will be the last to grace the stage at the Pacific Crystal Palace. Roesy + the Seisiun will end their three-night run at the DeLuxe Cinema in Opotiki.
This is also the last weekend for the writers' programme. Today's line-up features the brother-sister duo Mandy and Nicky Hager. There is also a session involving Melbourne author Steven Carroll, who has crossed the ditch to discuss his novels.
Tauranga-born historian Damien Fenton joins war biographer Harry Ricketts for a discussion on the Great War. For the rugby lovers, sports journalist Joseph Romanos, former Maori All Blacks captain Errol Brain and die-hard fan Toby Manhire will discuss the 2015 Rugby World Cup and tomorrow's big final.
