In preparation for the 2016 Women's Junior World Cup, a broad squad has been selected to allow further consideration of athletes. The two squads have been identified as Possibles and Probables. The Probables squad will train together from June 13-26, with the Possibles and Probables to play a series of matches from July 1- 3.
These matches are planned to allow further consideration of athlete performances, and to provide a further opportunity for all athletes to further selection opportunities.
The Women's Junior World Cup will be held in Chile from November 24 to December 4.
Meanwhile, the Midlands teams were also named to contest the 2016 National U18 Tournament to be held from July 10-16.
