A heavy police presence is being reported in Waihī.
A police spokeswoman said pre-planned search warrants were taking place in the Bay of Plenty at various addresses.
Comments on Facebook have said there was a heavy police presence in the Kensington Rd area of Waihī area where at least 30 police officers and a dozen police cars could be seen.
