From the Editor: The movies

We all have different tastes in movies, just like music.
And when it comes to movies, I prefer modern, action-dramas and comedies. I don't mind horrors or the odd romantic comedy but can't stand science fiction.
And on that note, many classic movies aren't my thing either.
However they will appeal to thousands of people in the Bay - and the good news is that Bay City Cinemas is bringing the first of five classic films, made from the 1960s to the 1980s, to the big screen here.
The Classic Film Festival is kicking off and tickets for all five films are available now at normal admission prices.
For many readers, this will be an opportunity to have a night out and enjoy a film from a bygone era.
