From the Editor: Multimedia

As a multimedia organisation, we aim to provide you with news and views and entertain you both in print and online - but the Bay of Plenty Times also aims to make a difference in the community.
A perfect example was last night's fifth annual photo auction.
We again teamed up with the Bethlehem Foundation to raise money for the foundation and a chosen charity.
The auction also gives people the chance to take home the best photos our talented photographers have taken over the past year.
Last night's chosen charity was Tauranga's Growing Through Grief, which helps young people who have lost a parent or grandparent mainly through death or divorce.
The foundation does a great job of choosing organisations that help youth and deserve some extra money and Growing Through Grief was a worthy recipient.
We hope the money helps them achieve their goals.
