Coronation Park will be painted with clouds of pinks, blues, yellows, and greens thrown the sky this Saturday as people are invited to celebrate Holi.
For its fourth year running, the Colour Splash will be held for its fourth year on Saturday at Coronation Park.
It comes two days after Holi, commonly known as the "Festival of Colour", which is the ancient Hindu festival which celebrated forgiveness, new starts, and overcoming.
Four hours to dance and cut loose, co-organiser said the free community event was a high spirit love festival.
Reid said it was a mixture of culture, vibrant colours, uninhibited expression, and a sense of belonging to the world of high spirit which she said always left people smiling.
