The face of the It's Not OK campaign, Jeremy Eparaima, will be speaking in Te Puke tonight.
Mr Eparaima had been involved in It's Not OK since 2011, and is committed to letting other men know that it is OK to ask for help.
"It is never too late to make a change in your life, to make a safe environment for your children and grandchildren and become the positive role model our families deserve."
As a man who ruled his home and family with his fists and by fear for thirty years Mr Eparaima has lived the cycle of violence and abuse first hand. He knows what it is like and how to get out of it.
