A woman accused of charges relating to drugs, a gun and assault has been granted bail.
Lauren May Hamilton, 33, was appeared in Tauranga District Court yesterday charged with dealing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a sawn-off shotgun, and assaulting a police officer. The charges were among a total of five.
Hamilton was arrested after police searched her Otumoetai home on Wednesday.
Her next court appearance is on March 13.
Kaha Palmer, Hamilton's alleged co-offender in the firearm's charge was refused bail.
