Voting in the Te Puke Community Board by-election closes on Friday.
Two candidates, Richard McNair and Ron Spratt, are vying for their town's vote to secure a seat on the community board.
The by-election was triggered after October's Western Bay of Plenty District Council elections which saw in two board members elected as councillors to the Maketu-Te Puke ward.
There are two polling places available to hand deliver voting papers - either to council's Barkes Corner main office and Te Puke Library and Service Centre at 130 Jellicoe Street.
If anyone wants voting papers call 0800 922 822.
