Tauranga City Council has received 287 submissions on its draft Annual Plan.
The Annual Plan process serves to update the work plans and budgets that were set through the Long Term Plan for the year ahead and the council asked the community for feedback on the changes proposed to next year's budget.
The consultation on the draft Annual Plan 2016/17 closed on April 4.
The council received a total of 287 submissions on its draft Annual Plan and the proposals for additional hockey turfs, growth-related infrastructure and civic space options generating the most feedback.
Comments received through social media focused on the proposals for investment in the airport, library services, city events funding and tsunami infrastructure.
