A Te Puna woman caught dealing cannabis after a large number of tinnies were found in a clothes drier will be sentenced in April.
Larissa Cheri Johnson, 32, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of cannabis for supply in Tauranga District Court today.
The charge stems from a police raid on her home about 5.20pm on February 2 this year.
During the search police found 26 cannabis tinnies and $120 in cash in $20 notes in a clothes drier and a small number of plants growing at the rear of the property.
Johnson told police she had bought an ounce of cannabis and repackaged it for sale prior to Christmas, and since then had sold at least five tinnies to help her survive financially.
