Tauranga's TrustPower TECT Rescue Helicopter was called to the eastern Bay of Plenty twice yesterday.
The chopper was tasked with transporting a patient in a critical condition from Whakatane Hospital to Waikato Hospital at 10.45am. It was then called to picked up a 76-year-old man from Te Kaha to Whakatane
