A car has crashed into a Te Puke home overnight after the driver suffered a medical event.

A police media communications spokeswoman said police were called to a Te Puke address on Cameron Rd after a car crashed into a house about 11.30pm.

The driver is believed to have suffered a medical event, the spokeswoman said.

"It looks like no one was injured," she said.
