There will be a major road layout change taking place at Papamoa this weekend.
The works will happen at the Domain Rd and Tara Rd intersection from 6pm on Sunday until Monday and temporary traffic management will be in place.
The existing intersection will be removed and all traffic will be switched onto the new roundabout.
Domain Rd traffic will be moved across to the new southbound lanes to allow the existing road to be removed and new northbound lanes (heading to Papamoa) to be constructed.
This work will be weather dependent and if wet, the work will be carried out on the next suitable day.
