A 37-year-old man appeared in court today charged with burglary after being caught at an Argyll Rd address by an off-duty police officer.
The man was seen at the property about 4.30pm yesterday.
Acting Senior Sergeant Iain Chapman said the officer noticed a suspicious man "hanging around a property" and approached when he saw him entering.
The officer apprehended the alleged burglar until help arrived and he was arrested and taken away by police.
