One of New Zealand's leading R&B groups is coming to Tauranga and headlining a local festival this weekend. Adeaze will hit the stage at ValeFest at Yatton Park tomorrow for the inaugural festival to celebrate the Merivale community.
The soulful musician brothers, Feagaigafou and Logovii Tupa'i, otherwise known as Nainz and Viiz, will perform their No.1 hit Getting Stronger and other works described as contemporary R&B.; The duo will be supported by local reggae group 62TB, kapa haka groups and a variety of local talent.
Organisers of ValeFest 2012 stated the event, which runs from 10am to 3pm, was a celebration of the local community, youth and their families.
The festival was organised by local young people at their fortnightly Youth Leadership Group nights at the Merivale Community Centre.
