What's your idea of a holiday park?
There's more going on than just a place to put up your tent.
While they do have camping facilities, the Holiday Parks Association wants to update people on what holiday parks have to offer, and possibly change the perception some locals may have of their holiday parks.
Vicki Pike and Greg Davidson of Cosy Corner Holiday Park say people may be surprised at the range of accommodation they have - everything from camping areas up to motel units.
So the public is invited to come along on their open day on Sunday, December 8, from 12-4pm at 40 Oceanbeach Rd to check out the units and cabins on offer, to have a swim in their pool, bring along a picnic lunch, maybe buy a sausage (with proceeds to Breast Cancer Cure Research Trust) and for children to enjoy a free bouncy castle.
