Ingredients:
1 tbsp each: soy sauce, orange juice
1 tsp each: sesame oil, crushed garlic, grated root ginger
300-400g frying steak, thinly sliced
1 tbsp canola oil

1 large carrot, julienned
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
140g mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
Method:
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add steak and mix well.
Heat canola oil in a large frying pan or wok until hot. Add steak and marinade. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes on high.
Remove with a slotted spoon, leaving juices behind. Add carrots, peas and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add steak and the hoisin sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
