Greg Bruce is a Senior multimedia journalist for NZ Herald
Greg Bruce began at the Herald in 2016 after five years as a freelance writer. He studied at University of Auckland, B.A. (Hons) philosophy; and Auckland University of Technology, Bachelor of Communication Studies. He writes features, profiles, reviews and essays across a range of subjects, has won four national awards for feature writing and his work has been published in Metro, North & South, the Guardian and the Spinoff. His first book Rugby Head was published in 2022. He was born and raised in Auckland, where he still lives.
